Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final and the only exception is if the item is damaged or defective. All accessories are final sale as well and they cannot be returned or exchanged.
No refunds, only exchanges or store credit. In order to get an exchange you must return the item within 7 business days from the date on your invoice along with the completed order form. After 7 business days from the date on the invoice, no orders will be eligible for exchange, only store credit. After 30 days no order will be eligible for store credit and please note that store credit is only good for 1 year.
In order to get an exchange for another item or store credit your items must meet the following conditions:
Must be unworn and unwashed with tags still intact
Must be in original packaging and in good condition
Shows no visible sign of wear and tear
We can refuse an exchange if item is worn, washed, altered, soiled or damaged.
To do an exchange you first need to email us at email@example.com and we willl give you the instructions on how to do so. The buyer is responsible for payment of returning the item using a secure mail carrier with tracking numbers to ensure that we receive the shipment. Ping and Sassy is not responsible for returns without tracking numbers. You will receive an email notification stating that the item was returned to us and another email when the store credit or exchange has been processed. Please allow 3-5 business days for store credit to be applied to your account and 2-3 business days for exchanges to be mailed out from the date we received the package. Please note that normal processing and shipping times still apply.
A 20% restocking fee will be assessed if a shipment is refused or returned to Ping and Sassy.
