Shipping Policy

Standard shipping on all U.S. domestic orders applies to standard ground shipping only within the United States. It is done via ground shipping from the United States Postal Service (USPS). This can take up to 4 to 7 business days to arrive, depending on your location. We offer expedited shipping but that is at an additional cost.

To request expedited shipping just follow the instructions at check out. Please note that expedited shipping consists of USPS Priorty Mail, USPS Express Mail and various Fed Ex shipping options. You must fill in the complete delivery address for all shipping methods to appear. Please note for expedited shipping, all orders must be placed by 2:00 pm EST so that we can try to process the order that day for next day delivery. Please be advised that same day processing cannot be guaranteed for expedited shipments.

Please remember that all expedited shipments can take up to 1 to 5 business days to be delivered domestically depending on the shipment preference and there is still the standard 1 to 2 days to process the order.

We ship outside of the United States but you must email style@pingandsassy.com with your complete international shipping address to get an accurate price quote. Please put international shipping in the submit line and someone will get back to you in 1 to 2 days. All orders placed regardless of shipping destination will be processed in 1 to 2 business days then shipped. All international shipments can take up 7 to 10 business days to be delivered regardless of shipping preference.

Fed Ex Ground Home Delivery: 1 to 5 days
Fed Ex Express Saver: third business day
Fed Ex 2 Day: second business afternoon
Fed Ex Standard Overnight: next business afternoon
Fed Ex Priority Overnight: next business morning
Fed Ex First Overnight: earliest next business morning
